Grant Writing
When it comes to writing the grant, I offer different levels of involvement based on what works best for you. I can take complete responsibility for structuring and writing the grant, or I can serve as an editor, refining your draft to ensure it meets the highest standards. For a more collaborative approach, we can also co-write the proposal. The number of consultations we have will depend on the level of guidance you need and your preferred writing outcome, and we can always adjust the process as we go.

My Fee
To make my services accessible and fair, I offer a flexible fee structure. My rate correlates with industry standards, but I understand this can make applying for some grants expensive. To address this, I can work with a combination of a base fee and a success-based percentage.​​​​ This flexible structure helps make the application process manageable and adaptable to your budget and needs.

Base Fee
We can set a base fee that covers the initial consultations and groundwork for the proposal. A typical base fee for grant writing services is around €250–€500, depending on the complexity and support needed.
Success-Based Percentage
If the grant is successful, I also request a percentage of the awarded funds as part of the fee, typically around 3–10%. This percentage will depend on the grant amount and the work involved, ensuring that the total fee is reasonable and aligned with your funding goals.
